4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Luggage and bag products may be vulnerable to extrusion and collision during long-distance transportation. If your order arrives damaged, deformed or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged items and complete outer packaging for verification.

6. Luggage and Bag Care Notice

All luggage and bag products are attached with professional care and maintenance instructions. Customers should follow the standardized guidelines for daily use, cleaning and storage of the products. VILAY SAYVONGSAK is not responsible for product damage, wear and deformation caused by improper use, private modification, incorrect cleaning or artificial damage after delivery.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all cross-border international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees and other related import charges may apply depending on the tariff policies of the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost.
Customers are required to comply with the local import regulations of the destination country. We will not take responsibility for package detention, return or fines caused by non-compliance with local customs rules.
